These lightweight Czech binoculars are typical build of this era. They are similar to Russian binoculares of the time bet do not have the yellow tinted hue of the Russian glass. The field of view is fairly narrow, but the image is amajingly bright and pin sharp up to almost the very edge of the field. Depth of field is huge, even with my old eyes, giving an easy binocular to setup and then leave alone.
Similar to German Dienstglas manufacturers of similar age but possibly, slightly better optics. Far better colour rendition than a Kershaw MK3, possibly due to the addition of lens coatings.
